Diabetes Clinic-Our program provides quality diabetes services for our community, meeting individual and group needs and improving health outcomes. Recognized by the American Diabetes Association (ADA)
Cardiac Rehabilitation/Respiratory Management consultation with registered nurses and exercise physiologists to modify lifestyle patterns and lower risks for cardiovascular/respiratory disease.
Home Health Care-Provide a variety of medically necessary skilled services for homebound patients.
Physical Therapy-Provides comprehensive rehabilitation services including both physical therapy and occupational therapy.
Senior Fitness-Offers aquatic fitness classes and senior aerobics designed to increase flexibility and rang of motion.
Wound Center-Provides individuals with a complete approach to the care of chronic non-healing wounds.
Sleep Lab-Offers diagnostic testing for the diagnosis and evaluation of sleep related disorders.
Nutritional Services-provides complete assessment of your overall nutritional status, medical information, and history of your dietary habits, followed by personalized treatment. Medical Nutritional Therapy helps manage certain disease processes.
Seasons Northwest-Geriatric Day Hospital for seniors with depression or other mental health concerns.
