Winfield Neurology Family Medicine provides both neurological and family practice medicine in a comfortable setting. We strive to provide quality and affordable service in a timely manner convenient to you and your family.
PHYSICIAN AND STAFF
Dr. Farouk Raquib is board certified in family practice and board eligible in both neurology and emergency medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Academy of Neurology, American Medical Association, American College of Emergency Physicians and the Medical Association of the State of Alabama.
Dr. Raquib staffs his office with capable and caring Licensed Practical Nurses and knowledgeable insurance business personnel.
SERVICES
We specialize in both acute and chronic family care. We also provide services such as minor laceration repair, mole and lesion removals, minor nail removal and cryotherapy.
We offer neurological evaluations and general neurology services for the treatment of headaches, stroke, seizures, paralysis and muscle diseases.

Dr. Raquib practices in suite three of the Professional Office Building directly behind Northwest Medical Center located at 255 Medical Drive, Winfield, Alabama 35594. You may contact our office for appointments by calling 205-487-4535. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
