Diagnostic Imaging Services
Northwest Medical Center provides comprehensive diagnostic imaging services to patients in both the inpatient and outpatient environment. The Diagnostic Center strives to satisfy the needs of the physicians and patients who utilize these services by combining advanced technology and quality patient care with convenient local facilities and extended hours of operation.
Radiology services are provided by Radiology Associates of Alabama, a Birmingham based group of radiologists that are available at Northwest Medical Center Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. When they are not on site, a member of their group in “on call” and can provide CT readings through teleradiography.
The Radiology Group includes Drs. Scott Loveless, William Abbott, Randall Finley and John Waldo, all Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology.
